Bill believes in...

  • Hard work – There is no substitute, there is no easy short-cut, to committing the time and energy necessary to understand and pursue the best decisions for the City.
  • Voter participation – City voters have shown that they understand the issues that are important.  Voter expression through the ballot box is essential.  The City needs to know what you think.
  • Focus – The role of the City’s leadership is to plan and guide our future.  Decisions should be made in an orderly and consistent manner adhering to the broad vision established for our City.  It is important to maintain a focus on our future and resist the pressure to become bogged down in day-to-day problems.
